These cards support parents and/or teachers in teaching children fun ways to try mindful breathing. Deep, slow breathing has beneficial effects on the mind and body, including training the brain to focus, decreasing stress and supporting the development of emotional self-regulation.


Then, once a month we'll email information, resources and tools to provide extra support for teachers, parents and their children and teens.
