My background

I am an ACA Registered Counsellor (Level 2 with a Master’s Degree in Counselling), as well as a Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with children and families for more than twenty years in a variety of different roles.

My therapeutic style

In my experience, building trusting relationships is the key to helping others uncover their existing strengths, allowing them to become their best selves.

I work in a collaborative, creative manner, drawing on a range of tools and modalities to find the best fit for each client.

Supporting parents is a particular interest of mine, as I am aware of the challenges of parenting in a fast-paced world of competing demands where time is such a precious commodity.

It is my heartfelt belief that every child has the right to feel safe and supported. In my practice, I strive to provide a safe space where children are seen as capable and competent beings who each have a unique set of gifts.
